Role Objective

The Operations & Finance Analyst supports the day-to-day execution backbone of Adherio.

This role ensures operational discipline, financial tracking, and reporting cadence across consulting projects enabling leadership to make timely, well informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain
    weekly and monthly MIS
    across projects and internal operations.
  • Track
    collections, expenses, receivables, and aging
    with accuracy.
  • Coordinate operational and financial data from client-facing teams.
  • Update and monitor
    SOP and compliance checklists
    .
  • Support
    Zoho Books
    entries, categorization, and periodic reviews.
  • Prepare structured summaries and dashboards for
    CEO and leadership reviews
    .
  • Follow up internally on pending data, inputs, and action items.

Skills Required (Must-Have)

  • Basic understanding of
    accounting and financial concepts
    .
  • Comfortable working with
    Excel / Google Sheets
    .
  • High reliability, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Clear communication via
    email and WhatsApp
    .

Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to
    Zoho Books
    or similar accounting tools.
  • Familiarity with process documentation or SOP tracking.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Background in
    Commerce, BBA, CA Inter, or MBA (student or recent graduate)
    .
  • Strong discipline and comfort working within structured processes.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, founder-led consulting environment.
