Director – Finance & Accounts

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Compensation: ₹85,000 – ₹1,01,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Role Summary

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on finance leader to join our organization as Director – Finance & Accounts. This role will drive financial governance, optimize business performance, and partner closely with leadership to support growth across group entities. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and leadership capability.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance & Business Partnership

  • Design and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth plans.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by providing data-driven financial insights and recommendations.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning initiatives.

Financial Operations & Governance

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory audits.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable taxation, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial discipline, and risk management frameworks.

Cash Flow, Cost & Capital Management

  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational and expansion needs.
  • Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives across business units.
  • Manage banking relationships, funding arrangements, and financial negotiations.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team.
  • Set performance benchmarks, provide coaching, and promote best financial practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enable informed business decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with strong academic and professional credentials.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles.
  • Strong command over accounting standards, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead complex financial operations and support strategic growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting systems, ERP platforms, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, leadership presence, and decision-making capability.
