The Financial Analyst will play a Finance solutions partner to onshore Clients and Management to support the delivery of Financial Planning & Analysis services and Financial Modeling to Key Clients overseas. This is a strategic business partnering role where you will work closely with Principal consultant and support with setup of new analytical processes and models. Thereafter, you will be expected to drive the engagement taking complete ownership of the delivery and relationship management with Client Stakeholders. This is most suitable for those looking for analytical problem solving and deploying smart technology solutions to add value, drive Finance function Transformation and create ROI from Finance teams. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop Financial planning and budgeting models, conduct variance analysis and prepare management reporting for Large enterprise requirements
  • Developed MI and performance reporting dashboards with Power BI, Fabric or Qlik
  • Work closely with client stakeholders as an extended Financial planning and reporting resource for Client team
  • Deal with large volumes of granular data, understand trends and patterns to arrive at business outcomes for client.
  • Prior experience working in Analytical finance and experience in working with Clients and Internal Senior Stakeholders roles is a must
  • Initially expected to be a pure specialist individual contributor role and may be required to mentor and train a small team of 1 to 2 associates
  • Opportunity to get trained and developed capabilities in new age data analytics platforms where the firm already has developed capabilities

Required Skillset

  • 2 to 5 years experience in Analytical Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Modeling and Management Reporting
  • Power BI
  • Demonstrated problem solving and value add in prior roles working with C-suite executives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to work in a fast-paced and a Startup Environment
  • Good communication skills with past experience in dealing with overseas clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
