Job Title: Executive - Stores Department
Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive to join our Stores Department. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in warehouse management and inventory control. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations - Oversee receiving, storing, and distributing of goods - Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks - Implement and maintain inventory control procedures - Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements - Prepare reports on warehouse activities and performance
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field - 5-6 years of experience in a warehouse management role - Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus
