Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Based in Ahmedabad, the role allows for a combination of on-site work and some remote responsibilities. The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's diary, coordinate meetings, prepare expense reports, provide high-level executive support, handle administrative tasks, and ensure seamless organization of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in managing communications, planning, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Experience with managing Expense Reports and Diary Management
  • Proficiency in general Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
