Personal Assistant to Managing Director

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD) will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the MD's schedule runs smoothly, information is managed effectively, and day-to-day operations are well-coordinated. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the MD, managing internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
 - Manage the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
 - Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
 - Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD, taking minutes and following up on action items as required.
 - Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
 - Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
 - Support in preparing business reports, proposals, and documentation.
 - Organize and maintain the MD's filing system (both digital and physical).
 - Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions.
 - Assist with project management and tracking deadlines across strategic initiatives.
 - Perform ad hoc personal and professional tasks as required by the MD.
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
