Role: Build and scale Richpanel's learning and development function to create a high-performance, values-aligned culture where every employee does the best work of their career.Reports to: CEOStage: Team of 20, primarily based in Bangalore, India. A few team members in the USA.Growth: Backed by Sequoia, profitable, and trusted by 2,000+ US-based brands.Location: In-office, Bangalore, India.Team: You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to design programs that elevate performance, culture, and growth.Why Now: Richpanel is scaling quickly. To sustain growth, we need an L&D leader who can embed coaching-driven performance, culture radar systems, and rituals that keep us aligned to our mission.About the RoleAs Head of Learning & Development, you will own the strategy and execution of all employee development, coaching, and performance programs. You'll create systems that boost engagement, proactively address culture risks, and help leaders make smart talent decisions. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution.You'll design programs, coach leaders, diagnose organizational challenges, and drive interventions with speed.
