Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Assist customers who have shown interest in our products (e.g., abandoned cart leads).
  • Understand customer concerns and guide them toward making a purchase.
  • Support the sales team in daily follow-ups and maintain accurate interaction logs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align communication.
  • Learn and implement best practices in D2C inside sales and cart recovery.
  • Provide regular feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Who Can Apply:

  • Final-year students pursuing BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sales, customer experience, or marketing.
  • Ability to work from the Pune office (Balewadi).
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with eagerness to learn.
