Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quarterly earnings communication
  • Understand and explain P&L, margins, ROCE, working capital, and PAT drivers
  • Coordinate with current investors and manage follow-ups
  • Prepare investor presentations, disclosures, and Q&A
  • Engage professionally with long-only institutional investors
  • Ensure accurate, compliant communication (SEBI norms)
  • Work closely with Founder/MD and CFO

Ideal Candidate Background (Prioritise candidates from):

  • Listed mid-cap companies (recent or 1–3 years post listing)
  • IR roles in industrials, infra, manufacturing, logistics, or B2B tech
  • Equity research (buy-side or sell-side), 2–6 years
  • FP&A / Corporate Finance professionals ready to transition into IR
  • Individuals who have handled earnings calls, disclosures, or investor Q&A

  • Confident yet conservative investor communication style
  • Fact-based, non-promotional IR approach
