We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to assist our customers through calls, emails, and messages. Your role is to provide timely solutions, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. If you are a good communicator and enjoy helping people, this job is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls politely and professionally
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide product or service-related information
  • Solve basic customer complaints or escalate them to the relevant team
  • Maintain daily records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups
  • Support the sales or operations team with customer-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, etc.)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Ability to remain calm and positive with customers
  • Problem-solving attitude and team player
  • Prior experience in customer support or call center is a bonus
  • Freshers are welcome with a willingness to learn
