Job Summary

Rritam Developers is seeking a skilled and proactive AI Specialist who can leverage modern AI tools to automate tasks, create digital assets, generate content, and improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate should be fast, creative, and highly comfortable working with Generative AI tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Tools & Automation

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc.) for fast and accurate task execution.
  • Build automation workflows to support daily operations.
  • Create AI-based templates, prompts, and SOPs.

Content Creation & Designing

  • Generate AI-based content for real estate marketing:
  • Property descriptions
  • Blogs, articles, and website content
  • Social media captions, scripts, and posts
  • Create AI-driven designs, creatives, brochures, presentations, and short videos.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Use AI to study market trends, competitor data, pricing insights, and customer behaviour.
  • Generate dashboards, summaries, and analytical reports using AI tools.

Operational Support

  • Automate repetitive tasks to enhance office productivity.
  • Assist in developing AI-based chatbots or customer support workflows.
  • Train internal teams on using AI effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in AI, Generative AI, automation, or related roles.
  • Strong experience with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Notion AI, Runway, Figma AI, etc.
  • Strong prompt-writing and quick execution skills.
  • Basic understanding of real estate marketing (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Excel automation or CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and quick at problem-solving.
  • Fast learner with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate industry experience (optional but preferred).
  • Basic coding or automation APIs knowledge (bonus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
