Location: Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Performance-based incentives included)

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term business relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers excellent growth opportunities along with attractive performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to onboard them to the company's services.
- Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable business solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to management.
- Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and presentations to drive new business opportunities.
Requirements
- :Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–1.5 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (B2B/B2C).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the city as required.
