The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Roldant Rejuvenation. The role requires a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. The Receptionist will manage front-desk operations, ensure smooth client experiences, schedule appointments, and support basic sales and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage front-desk operations and appointment scheduling
- Handle client queries, calls, and follow-ups
- Coordinate hospitality arrangements and maintain reception standards
- Make basic sales and promotional calls for service inquiries
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / scheduling tools)
- Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service preferred
