Job Description

Edify Education is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
for
Pre-Primary, Math, and Hindi
. The ideal candidates will support curriculum development, content creation, training, and academic quality enhancement for our schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop age-appropriate lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching materials.
  • Ensure curriculum alignment with Edify's teaching standards and educational philosophy.
  • Provide academic support and training to teachers for effective classroom delivery.
  • Review, update, and enhance existing content to improve learning outcomes.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers when required.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to create innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Support academic audits, documentation, and reporting.
  • Stay updated with NEP guidelines, pedagogical trends, and subject best practices.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant subject (Education, Math, Hindi, Early Childhood Education preferred).
  • Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in curriculum development or teaching is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PPT) and basic digital tools.
