About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Construction Manager.

In This Role, You Will

  • Serve as construction project leader and coordinate compliance with construction project specifications, budgets and schedules
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, construction project team, and management
  • Provide oversight to all construction project managers in identification of project requirements and development of property and construction related project plan
  • Collaborate and consult with management, peers, and stakeholders
  • Interact with Regional Presidents and company executives in charge of property

*Required Qualifications:*

  • 2+ years of Construction Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

*Desired Qualifications:*

  • Civil Engineer is a must
  • Handling complete documentation for India and Philippines
  • Managing Audit for design and construction and also to maintain all the documents for the audit. In addition, should manage complete invoicing process including the sourcing process
  • Should also be able to handle construction projects independently
