Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Head of Construction at Fortune One Buildco Private Limited. The Head of Construction will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, including budgeting, procurement, project management, and construction management. Day-to-day tasks will involve project planning and control, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control
  • Experience in Procurement and Construction Management
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Relevant certifications and extensive experience in construction project management is a plus
