Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our mid-level team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 2 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. If you are passionate about media production and sales, and have a knack for generating leads, this role is an exciting opportunity to join our team. Previously working in a creative agency or video production company is a big plus.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent B2B sales experience with a track record in effective lead generation (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive understanding of media production processes, especially in video content creation (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong storytelling abilities to craft narratives that align with client needs and drive engagement.
  • Profound knowledge of video production workflow to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Proven skills in upselling existing services and products to enhance client value and satisfaction.
  • Expertise in building and nurturing long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • In-depth understanding of the media industry to identify opportunities and market trends swiftly.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B segment for media production services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue increase and service improvement.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and the creative team to ensure project alignment.
  • Represent Wilmarcs Motion Pictures at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.
