and make recommendations for process improvements and innovative recruitment

strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A

Master's degree is a plus.

  1. Proven experience in Talent Acquisition (NON-IT), preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic

environment.

  1. Solid understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and strategies.

  2. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and

candidate evaluation.

  1. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.

  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with

candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

  1. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple

priorities and meet deadlines.

  1. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  2. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a high-pressure environment.

  3. Someone with relevant non-IT hiring experience is preferred.
