Operations Executive

The Operations Executive – International Tours will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational process of international tour packages, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal departments. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and multitasking skills to deliver seamless travel experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations for international group and FIT tours.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, DMCs, airlines, and hotels.
- Prepare itineraries, service vouchers, and travel documents.
- Support visa documentation and processing.
- Ensure timely confirmations and smooth execution of all bookings.
- Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams for seamless workflow.
- Handle client communication and resolve service issues.
- Maintain booking and vendor records accurately.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality or related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in International Tour Operations preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and travel booking systems.
- Customer-focused with attention to detail.
