Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will manage bookings, coordinate with vendors and clients, and ensure the smooth execution of travel services from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to ensure flawless service delivery.
  • Support the operations team in day-to-day activities and itinerary execution.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors to ensure cost-effective operations.

Technical & Core Skills

  • Vendor coordination and relationship management.
  • Rate negotiation and cost management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Language Proficiency

  • English, Hindi, and Malayalam
