Job Description: Business Development Executive (Sales)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities :

Engage with potential clients to generate sales leads and promote real estate properties.

Convert site visits into bookings through effective communication and understanding of client needs.

Assist clients with inquiries regarding properties, providing detailed information and guidance.

Negotiate terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Maintain and update client records using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions and leads.

Use strong communication and convincing skills to build relationships and close sales deals.

Requirements :

Strong communication skills in English.

Ability to influence and convince clients effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software for managing client data and leads.

Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
