Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Support the operations team in managing day-to-day business activities and ensuring timely

delivery of tasks.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and customer success to ensure

smooth execution of ongoing projects.

  • Track and report progress on key deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Process Management

  • Assist in documenting, streamlining, and improving internal processes for better efficiency.
  • Help maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure team-wide adherence.
  • Identify process gaps and share suggestions for improvement.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and maintain data across various operational functions.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal review and performance tracking.
  • Support in analyzing key metrics to monitor efficiency and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure effective communication and smooth handoffs.
  • Proactively identify and help resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring alignment across teams.

Learning & Development

  • Gain hands-on experience with tools, systems, and workflows used in daily operations.
  • Participate in training programs and mentorship sessions to enhance professional and technical

skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, or a related

field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic project management platforms (preferred

but not mandatory).
