Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments of patients and families.

  • Participate in case conferences, patient care planning, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records and documentation.
  • Offer crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid license or certification as required by local regulations.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (preferred).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, hospital systems, and community resources.
