Role Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our products within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, conducting product presentations, providing solutions suited to customer needs, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai that requires working closely with team members and reporting on sales performance while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand representation.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
  • Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and achieving sales targets
  • Team collaboration and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with products in FMCG, healthcare, or related industries is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Chennai with the ability to manage time and travel effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
