We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Influencer Marketing Manager
with 1+ years of experience to lead and scale our influencer collaborations. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and managing content creators across platforms to build authentic partnerships and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and campaign management skills to execute impactful influencer strategies that align with our brand's vision and goals.

Influencer Marketing JD:

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Discovery & Outreach: Identify and reach out to relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram who align with our brand values and audience.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.

Campaign Coordination: Plan, brief, and coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish—ensuring timely deliverables, brand alignment, and consistent messaging.

Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics, compile reports, and share insights to measure effectiveness and guide strategy.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on influencer trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging creators to inform future collaborations.

Database Management: Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts, conversations, and campaign history
