Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our field sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meeting clients face-to-face, and has a knack for converting leads into long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and market research
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any fields.
  • 1+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial machinery or packaging solutions
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand machinery applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively
