Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, order sheets, and performance trackers.
- Communicate with distributors, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Follow up on payments, dispatches, and pending orders.
- Assist in drafting quotations, proposals, and correspondence for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer data, leads, and inquiries.
- Support the sales team in organizing meetings, reviews, and field activity reports.
- Monitor and track sales targets, achievements, and overall performance metrics.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role (FMCG experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
