Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, order sheets, and performance trackers.
  • Communicate with distributors, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Follow up on payments, dispatches, and pending orders.
  • Assist in drafting quotations, proposals, and correspondence for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer data, leads, and inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in organizing meetings, reviews, and field activity reports.
  • Monitor and track sales targets, achievements, and overall performance metrics.
  • Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
  • Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
