As an Analytics Sales professional, your role involves leading business growth in the assigned region by driving sales of analytics solutions, managing key accounts, building client relationships, and guiding a regional sales team to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop sales strategy and drive business development for analytics products and solutions in the region. - Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across various industries. - Cultivate strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers. - Understand client business challenges and offer analytics solutions to meet their needs. - Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and account management. - Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create compelling solution demonstrations and proposals. - Monitor competition and market trends to adjust business strategies accordingly. - Mentor and manage the regional sales team to ensure target achievement. - Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred years of sales experience in IT / Analytics / SaaS solutions. - Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets. - Profound understanding of data analytics, BI, AI/ML, cloud-based analytics platforms, and digital transformation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and CXO-level engagement skills. - Ability to lead teams, manage multiple accounts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.,
