Our most recent projects include designing of 'The Zone' in Kochi International Airport, architecture and landscape design for Saritha Developers, landscape design for Century Developers, Sattva Group, Mana Projects to name a few.

We are Hiring for the role of Staff Accountant

  • The Staff Accountant – General Ledger will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role will support the month-end close process, prepare journal entries, and assist with account reconciliations.

  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-versed in GAAP, and eager to grow their accounting career in a dynamic and fast-paced creative environment.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • General Ledger Maintenance

  • Record and post journal entries for recurring and ad hoc transactions.
  • Assist in maintaining the accuracy of general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and update schedules to support account balances.
  • Salary disbursements.
  • Project expense management.

  • Payroll management.

  • Reconciliations:

  • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

  • Month-End Close:

  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

  • Financial Reporting:

  • Provide documentation and schedules to support internal and external audits.

  • Contribute to the preparation of financial analysis and reporting package.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency.

  • Participate in system implementations and upgrades as needed.

  • Compliance :

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and GAAP.

  • Support audit and tax preparation activities as required.
