About the Role: Staff Accountant Are you passionate about numbers, details, and making a tangible impact? As a Staff Accountant at SBS Global, you'll play a key role in maintaining our financial integrity and driving our organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and P&L reports.
  • Reconcile accounts (bank, payroll, accounts receivable, etc.) and ensure timely collections.
  • Manage accounts payable and ensure correct payments are charged.
  • Support annual audits by providing necessary account information and documentation.
  • File tax forms and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Enhance accounting systems in collaboration with software vendors.
  • Oversee purchasing and invoicing systems while ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Continuously adhere to and maintain knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

  • Expertise in financial and cost accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in preparing tax reports and maintaining compliance.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
