About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Human Resource Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a specific focus on blue-collar hiring. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and a good understanding of recruitment processes to source, screen, and select candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local hiring events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in organizing job fairs and other recruitment drives in the Kolkata region.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws related to hiring.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar hiring.
  • Education: 12th Pass or Graduation (any discipline).
  • Good command over spoken and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals is a plus.
