Job DescriptionOverviewThe Associate Director – Partner Sales Leader (Alliances) will be responsible for driving strategic growth through Prodapt's key technology partnerships. This role focuses on expanding Prodapt's global market presence across North America, UK, and Europe by executing alliance-driven go-to-market (GTM) strategies, building partner-led pipelines, and leading joint sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic business leader with extensive experience in partner ecosystem management, enterprise sales, and alliance-based revenue growth. Roles & ResponsibilitiesAlliance & Partnership Management

  • Lead Prodapt's strategic alliances with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft, and GCP.
  • Define and execute global GTM strategies in collaboration with alliance partners.
  • Build and manage senior executive relationships within partner organizations and client accounts.
  • Drive joint sales pursuits, partner-led pipeline generation, and co-selling opportunities.
  • Represent Prodapt in partner councils, executive briefings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Sales Leadership

  • Achieve partner-led and partner-influenced revenue targets across global markets.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to position partner-backed solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Oversee account planning and pipeline visibility across partner ecosystems.
  • Support sales enablement and training initiatives focused on alliance offerings.

Strategic & Operational Excellence

  • Support development of margin improvement and profitability plans linked to alliance deals.
  • Provide insights and performance analytics to drive data-based strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate internal alignment between Prodapt's business units and partner teams for efficient deal execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 15-25 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology sales, with 10+ years in alliance or partner leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing alliances with Salesforce, ServiceNow , Snowflake.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, digital transformation, and telecom ecosystems.
  • Successful track record in selling or co-selling into North America, UK, and Europe markets from India.
  • Excellent executive relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelors or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Market expansion and customer acquisition through alliance GTM initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,059, ₹1,975,158.23 per year
