Job Title: Store Manager / Store Head

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Store Manager / Store Head to lead our store operations at CMV Infra Projects Pvt Ltd, specializing in civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive industry experience, and expertise in SAP B1 to ensure smooth management of materials and supplies essential for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall store operations including material receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory management.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to ensure efficient and accurate material handling.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in material storage and handling.
  • Manage stock levels and conduct regular physical inventory counts, resolving discrepancies effectively.
  • Plan and implement stock control measures and optimize storage space.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordination with vendors as per project requirements.
  • Monitor SAP B1 system for inventory tracking, material movement, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure material availability as per project schedules.
  • Implement process improvements for efficient store operations and reduce wastage.
  • Generate timely reports on inventory status, consumption, and stock aging.
  • Maintain accurate records of all material transactions in SAP B1.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience: 9+ years in store management, specifically in civil construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience in SAP B1 (mandatory).
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction materials, equipment, and supply chain management.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
