About the Role

We are expanding our team and looking for a Store Executive to manage both Raw Material and Finished Goods departments in the Stamping / Die-Making Industry. This position plays a vital role in maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring smooth material flow, and supporting production and dispatch operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify raw materials and finished goods against purchase or dispatch orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, and transfer stock for both raw materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure proper storage, identification, and segregation of materials to prevent damage or mix-ups.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams for timely availability and movement of materials.
  • Monitor stock levels, prepare material requirement reports, and assist in procurement planning.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies with accounting and production data.
  • Maintain proper documentation for inward/outward materials, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and dispatch reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards in the store area.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: 12th Pass to Graduate (any Stream)
  • Experience:
  • Freshers with eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years' experience in Stamping / Die-Making or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong knowledge of stock handling and inventory recording.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, MS Office, ERP knowledge preferred).
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible for stock accuracy.
  • Ability to work in shop-floor and warehouse environments.

Work Environment & Requirements

  • Shift Pattern: Day
  • Overtime: May be required during peak production or dispatch periods.
  • Physical Work: Comfortable handling raw materials, metal sheets, dies, and finished goods packaging.
  • Safety: Must adhere to company safety and material handling protocols.
