Position: Business Development Manager Strategic Partnerships
Location: Dommasandra, Bangalore
Reports To: Branch Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B & C category builders to generate sustainable business opportunities.
- Meet decision-makers, Marketing Heads, CEO/CMO-level people of builder firms for tie-ups on promotional and branding activities to generate leads.
- Initiate and manage tie-ups for events, canopy activities, and other marketing initiatives through builder partnerships.
- Drive lead generation through builder relationships and ensure continuous support to branch business targets.
- Generate local individual house owner, architect, and contractor leads to strengthen the branchs business pipeline.
- Work closely with the branch team to crack assigned projects and maximize lead flow from builder sites and local markets.
- Track, monitor, and report business development activities, leads generated, and conversion ratios.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for effective on-ground visibility and promotional activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and business ethics in all activities.
Desired Candidate Profil
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 36 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate, interiors, or related industries.
- Strong builder relationship management and networking skills, with proven ability to engage CEO/CMO-level people.
- Excellent English communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, CRM tools, Outlook, and Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to manage a small team and drive results.
- Hands-on experience in event tie-ups, canopy activities, and on-ground lead generation.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
