Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cafe Executive & Cafe Assistant role located in Mumbai, India. The role includes overseeing cafe operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities also involve supporting administrative functions, handling cash, and coordinating with staff to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Expense Reports management
  • Experience in providing Executive Support and managing communication effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service experience and hospitality knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or administration are preferred
