Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Programme Success Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of organizational programs. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end planning, implementation, and delivery of assigned programs or projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure program success.
  • Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and take proactive measures to resolve them.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Conduct reviews and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term program planning.

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in program or project coordination / client success management / operations.
  • Exposure to education, NGO, corporate training, or service-oriented industries.
  • Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting.
