Role Overview

As TerraPay continues to innovate and scale, having the right structure to activate new products and enhancements is critical.

TerraPay is seeking a Commercialisation Specialist to support the execution of go-to-market strategies and internal readiness activities for TerraPay initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, takes initiative to close gaps, and can work cross-functionally to ensure our products are ready for market success. You will be supporting the activities managed by Commercialisation and Enablement team that includes but not limited to ensure sales enablement, documentation, content refresh, and other aspects for successful commercialisation and go-to-market for TerraPay's capabilities are aligned and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Product Commercialisation Execution:

• Support the readiness and rollout of new products, enhancements and use-case activation across markets. Coordinate internal readiness activities including documentation, pricing, onboarding flows, and regulatory approvals. Identify and close execution gaps proactively, working with relevant teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams.

Sales Enablement Support

• Assist in developing product presentations, training materials, and competitive positioning content. Ensure sales teams have the tools and insights needed to engage clients effectively, to support driving adoption and growth.

Process and Documentation Coordination

• Track and manage SOPs, exception flows, templates, and onboarding guides. Ensure consistency and completeness of materials required for launch.

Milestone Tracking

• Maintain dashboards or trackers to monitor readiness progress. Escalate blockers and drive resolution with urgency and clarity.

 Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams to align on messaging, positioning, and launch requirements. Facilitate coordination meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.

Post-Launch Optimization

• Conduct retrospectives to identify improvement areas. Support iterative enhancements to content, processes and delivery aspects based on client feedback or market changes.

Requirements

Required Experience:

• Senior Manager: 7–10 years in fintech, SaaS, or financial services with experience in bringing solutions, services and frameworks to live.
• Associate Director: 10–13 years with strong execution and coordination experience.
  Experience in product commercialization, GTM operations, or enablement preferred.
• The successful candidate is one who is highly adaptable, have supported the launch and clients going-live with the initiatives that your current organisation have brought to market.

• The individual is expected to work autonomously, take initiative, collaborate effectively within teams, and demonstrate practical intelligence and adaptability.
