Roles and Responsibilities

Focus on Business Development, Tie up and collaborations for large scale landscaping projects

Lead plant landscaping design and maintenance, including plant care, lawn management, and

seasonal updates.

Supervise the landscaping team, manage schedules, and ensure safety standards.

Oversee budgeting and cost control for landscaping projects.

Collaborate with other departments and external vendors for project execution.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.

Minimum 7 years of landscaping experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscaping tools, and sustainable practices.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Should have experience in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software (e.g., Sketch Up, Photoshop)
