Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Performance Marketer (Digital Marketing) to join our team on-site at our Jaipur location. The role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, overseeing lead generation, managing budgets for ad campaigns, and ensuring the achievement of marketing goals. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft data-driven marketing strategies and drive brand growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Advertising, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns
  • Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Analytics, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Experience in Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance analysis and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications such as Google Ads or HubSpot are a plus
