Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with construction crews, subcontractors, and other professionals to address site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Documentation: Gather data and prepare site reports, progress logs, and other necessary documentation.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical advice, diagnose, and resolve technical difficulties encountered on-site.
  • Vendor Management: Organize construction materials and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure timely procurement.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction projects.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
