**Responsibilities**:

- Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction and interior design projects, considering materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Quantity Takeoff: Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings to determine the required materials and quantities for each project component.
- Vendor Management: Source and evaluate potential vendors and subcontractors for materials and services required for construction and interior projects, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Budget Control: Assist in the development and management of project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contract Administration: Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring compliance with project specifications and terms.
- Change Management: Assess and document variations to project scope, specifications, and costs, and communicate changes to stakeholders to minimize project risks and delays.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and expenditures against budgeted costs, providing regular reports to project managers and stakeholders on cost performance and forecasting.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with project teams to ensure that construction and interior works meet quality standards and specifications, conducting site inspections and quality audits as necessary.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost optimization in construction and interior projects, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks and maximize project profitability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project costs, quantities, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction and interior design industry.
- Proficiency in quantity takeoff software and cost estimation tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant construction codes, standards, and regulations.
- Certification or membership with a professional quantity surveying association is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹47,191.13 per month
