Vectorworks Bim Draftsperson

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled **Interior Draftsperson** who is proficient in **Vectorworks BIM software** to join our design team. You will work closely with our principal designers to translate conceptual designs into detailed, technically sound drawings for luxury interior projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, details, millwork) using Vectorworks BIM.
- Develop and maintain BIM models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
- Generate schedules for finishes, fixtures, equipment, and interior elements from the BIM model.
- Collaborate with interior designers to translate design intent into technical documentation.
- Prepare presentation drawings and renderings.
- Maintain project drawing files and documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows.
- Stay updated on Vectorworks features and industry best practices.
- Contribute to problem-solving and value engineering.
- Communicate drawing progress and issues to the project team.
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes and regulations.
- Potentially assist with site visits for measurements and verification.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Interior Draftsperson, with a portfolio demonstrating technical drawing and detailing proficiency.
- Expert-level proficiency in Vectorworks BIM is preferred.
- Solid understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and construction detailing.
- Familiarity with other BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with rendering software (e.g., Vectorworks Renderworks, Enscape, Twinmotion) is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
