**Job Description-**

1. **Experience**:Minimum 1-3 years experience in Architectural and Interior Design.

2. **Software Proficiency**: Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software, and other industry-standard software for precise drawings and 3D modeling and rendering software.

3. **Presentation Skills**: Ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients and project stakeholders using visual aids, multimedia, and other presentation tools. Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowing Adobe Indesign is an added advantage.

4. **Collaboration**:Work closely with senior architects and project teams, contributing innovative ideas and actively participating in design discussions.

5. **Industry Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and design, incorporating sustainable practices whenever possible.

6. **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Languages to be known - English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada.

7. **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and best practices.

8. **Time Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

9. **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
