Relationship Officer Secured Loan (LAP Sales)

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Officers (ROs) with hands-on experience in open market sales of secured loan products, particularly Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate should be proactive in developing business through connectors and possess a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through open market channels and connectors.
  • Achieve sales targets for LAP products.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in secured loan sales (LAP preferred).
  • Age Limit: Up to 34 years.
  • Employment: Must be currently employed.
  • Performance: Should have earned incentives at least 3 times in the past 6 months.
  • Tenure: Minimum 1 year completed in the current organization.

Preferred Profile

  • Strong local network and market knowledge.
  • Good understanding of the local geography.
  • Currently residing in or around the hiring location.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

  • Up to 4.25 LPA (depending on experience)
