Key Responsibilities
HR Support
- Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants
- Maintain and update employee records
- Help in onboarding and documentation of new joiners
- Support in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Assist with attendance and leave management
- Prepare basic reports and trackers as assigned
Administration Support
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and well-organized office environment
- Help in organizing internal meetings, celebrations, and events
- Support in managing travel bookings and expense tracking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
