Job Description:

Position: Manager

Location: Remote (Work from Home) with occasional travel requirements

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month, with additional incentives based on total sales performance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Manager to independently run and oversee the daily operations of AAYM (American Academy of Yoga in Medicine) and MD Research. AAYM focuses on innovative educational initiatives, fostering academic excellence, and promoting the integration of yoga and mindfulness in healthcare. MD Research drives cutting-edge research projects, exploring new ideas, and developing innovative solutions in various fields. The role involves managing administration, directing and successfully coordinating sales, ensuring smooth functioning of projects, and directly supporting leadership in business and research activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day operations

  • Direct and successfully coordinate sales efforts to achieve company goals

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and online programs

  • Maintain records of payments, students, and organizational data

  • Supervise staff, provide guidance, and ensure accountability

  • Handle communications with students, faculty, and stakeholders

  • Prepare periodic reports on finances and activities

  • Assist leadership with projects, research, and new initiatives

  • Travel and visit relevant locations for work purposes, including meetings, conferences, and project site visits

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Law, or related field

  • 2-4 years' experience in administration/operations, with experience in overseeing sales preferred

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Ability to work independently with professionalism and accountability, with a focus on achieving company goals through effective sales strategies

  • Willingness to travel for work purposes
