Job Description

  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in the apartment to offer them the property.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
  • Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
  • Act as intermediaries liaising between channel partner and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
  • Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market
  • Provide recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants who provide legal and mortgage services
  • Assist with builder handover process
  • Assist buyer with home loan coordination.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Should conduct Local activation drives to entice customers in the vicinity to come by and experience the amenities of the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Candidate should have good exposure in high rise residential and villa sales.
  • Proven record of closing individual deals of 1.5 Cr or above.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high-value clients
  • Willingness to work at off times and on weekends such that client time preference is paramount.
  • Good Communication skills, including local languages.
  • Strong network of channel partners or HNI clients in South Bangalore
  • Experience in lead generation and online marketing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹85, ₹110,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
