As a Preschool Teacher, you will play an essential role in nurturing the early development of children and helping them build a strong foundation for future academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning through play and exploration.
• Observe, assess, and document the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families.
• Follow curriculum guidelines and develop individualized learning plans for each child.
• Promote good behavior, positive social interactions, and emotional regulation through consistent guidance.
• Attend staff meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure the health and safety of children at all times, maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Support children in developing key skills such as problem-solving, communication, and cooperation.

Qualifications:

• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred).
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and community members.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A patient, compassionate, and energetic personality.
• Strong art and craft skills, with the ability to lead creative projects that engage young children.
• Background check required.
