**Job Title**: Pre-Primary Teacher

**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Experience**: 2 - 5 years
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree (ECCEd / Montessori / NTT certification preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and care for children aged **2 to 5 years**, focusing on their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, language, and motor skills.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports play-based and experiential learning.
- Maintain daily routines, monitor developmental milestones, and manage classroom behavior with empathy and consistency.
- Use creative teaching aids such as storytelling, songs, games, art, and music.
- Conduct assessments and maintain records of each child’s progress.
- Build strong communication with parents through meetings, updates, and progress reports.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events or celebrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Additional certification in **Early Childhood Education (ECCEd), Montessori, or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT)** is strongly preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of relevant teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Patience, creativity, and a strong passion for teaching young children.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
